Chinmaya Amrit Yatra
A legacy on the move, in the Master’s footsteps
As part of Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav, Chinmaya Mission presents the Chinmaya Amrit Yatra — a 295-day national pilgrimage to honour the legacy of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda and carry His message, grace and presence across the sacred landscape of Bharat.
Beginning at Chinmaya Vibhooti, Pune on 31 December 2025 and culminating at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi on 23 October 2026, the Yatra will journey through the heart of India — awakening souls, uniting communities and celebrating the timeless relevance of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda’s vision.
What is the Chinmaya Amrit Yatra?
The Chinmaya Amrit Yatra is a travelling celebration of the Chinmaya Movement’s 75-year legacy — a national pilgrimage traversing the diverse terrains of Bharat to carry the light of Vedanta into homes, hearts, and communities.
At each stop, the Yatra becomes a sacred space of study, service, and celebration. A highlight of the journey is the Digital Yajna — curated archival talks of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, subtitled or voiced in regional languages, allowing seekers to sit at His feet and receive His timeless guidance.
Digital Yajnas & Mobile Satsangs
Archival discourses by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda and spiritual talks in local languages will be shared across Bharat, bringing His teachings to the hearts of all.

Community Participation
Devotees will come together for prayers, bhajans, and seva, creating vibrant gatherings filled with shared devotion and spiritual joy.
Youth Engagement
Local activities and interactive sessions will bring the wisdom of Vedanta to the youth, inspiring clarity, pride, and purposeful living.

An expanded immersive exhibit featuring digital storytelling zones, installations, and rare artefacts from the Chinmaya legacy, including Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda’s Padukas.
Cultural Pride

Global Impact
The Chinmaya Amrit Yatra serves as a catalyst for conscious citizenship, kindling pride, purpose and unity through the power of shared spiritual intent. As it moves across Bharat, it bridges tradition with transformation, reawakening sacred spaces and community spirit.
